Engineering Oil & Gas Company is looking for a Pipe Fitter  for offshore project worldwide.

​

MISSION

• Ensure the performance of pipe fitting activities following Foreman instructions and in accordance with safety and quality standards
  

TASKS

• Perform pipe fitting activities in accordance with safety and quality requirements
  
• Follow daily instructions given by Foreman
  
• Perform pipe cutting, beveling and fitting activities, piping prefabrication, installation and ass embly activities
  
• Ensure pipe fitting activities are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
  
• Verify the equipment, tools and materials are in good and safe operating conditions and report any anomalies to the superior
  
• Ensure coordination with the adjacent works to minimize coactivities and eliminate unsafe conditions
  
• Follow the permit-to-work statement
  
• Ensure the housekeeping of the work location
  

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of
  experience In position
  
• Experience with
  welding application 3-5 years and above
  
• Knowledge of Manual
  SMAW/FCAW welding process
  
• Knowledge of Cutting
  and trimming applications (cold and hot cutting)
  
• Knowledge of
  Oxyacetilen cutting, Plasma cutting aplication
  
• Knowledge of Milling,
  turner, lathe machine application
  
• Knowledge of Drilling application
  
• Work experience with the following  

 

• Isometric
  

• Bevel designs
  

• Fittings
  

• Torquering
  

• Steel fabrication
  and erection

• Lifting and rigging
  operations

 

• Installation and
  assembly

• Work experience with the following materials:
• Carbon steel
  flowline

• Clad
  

• Iconel 625/825    
  
• Stainless steel
  314L, 316L
  
• Experience proven on
  pipeline scope onshore and offshore
  
• Experience proven for
  Heavy Fabrication yards, Refinery, Power Plant
  
• Experience proven for shipyards,
  offshore Jacket Installation, Wind Farm Installation
  
• Experience proven for
  Deck, Conductors, Pilling, Boat Landing installation

Rotation:	Offshore TCN:165 paid working days followed by 30 unpaid leave days Offshore Europe and UK: 56 paid working days followed by 28 unpaid leave days
