Engineering Oil & Gas Company is looking for a Commissioning Training Coordinator - Competency Assurance and Training Coordinator​ - Indonesia - Romania

Mission

Support Competency Assurance and Training Lead during the execution of the training activities in accordance with project documentation and schedule.

Tasks

During engineering phase, supports Competency Assurance and Training Lead for the preparation of the Training Plan,  Training Schedule, Training Matrix, and Training Courses Table of content.

Prepares Training Material (Training Manuals, Lectures, Hand-Outs, On the Job Cards, Tests Datasheets)

During training development, support Competency Assurance and Training Lead for the coordination and control of the training activities.

Maintains all records of training delivered.

 

Requirements

• English fluent
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the position
