Descripción de la oferta
Dutch company specialized in in the Marine & Offshore and
Industry & Infrastructure markets which carries out projects and
maintenance & service operations in technical automation, electrical engineering,
and mechanical engineering; is looking for a Service Coordinator for their Spanish branch
located in Barcelona and Palma as part of their Yachting business unit.
Job objective:
The goal is to support our client with all their electrical needs after their
one-year warranty period.
Contacts
Internal: Electrical & service Engineers, Project Manager, and Branch
Manager.
External: Representatives of clients, both shipyard and the owners.
Eventually suppliers.
Tasks:
Receiving and dealing of service calls and emails from clients.
Addressing, handling and/or forwarding the clients requests.
Coordinating the works remotely and/or on-site.
Coordinating with suppliers the material/ equipment handling.
Coordinating the team of service engineers.
Planning employee and/or production capacity.
Managing administration.
Running logistics.
Coordinating revisions of own and third parties’ documentation:
drawings and technical papers to ensure all parts involved in the
project have the updated mandatory information regarding the
executed service visits.
Requirements
Knowledge:
Technical electrical education on 3-ph industrial electrical installations.
Knowledge and/ or of Microsoft programs
Knowledge and/ or affinity with ERP systems
Experience in service/fault finding works.
Independence:
Able to act on his/he/their own.
Experienced leading high-performance teams (heterogenic and
multicultural)
Good time manage including in urgent matters.
Problem-solving requires insight, in e.g., company processes, acquired
based on extensive experience.
Social skills:
Leading and mentoring skills.
Stress-tolerant, commercial, and entrepreneurial
Has an eye for detail and is able to practically translate service calls to
actual situations.
Result-oriented and client-oriented
Customer-friendly attitude, able and willing to work independently, sense
of responsibility, collaboration and consultation, result-oriented, problemsolving skills, analysing problems.
Expression skills:
English language fluently spoken and written is required.
Inconvenient circumstances:
Working irregular hours is required when deadlines must be met.
The position requires flexibility to travel and work abroad.
Driving license is a must.

Salary Range:
Depending on Collective Labor Agreement plus professional background,
experience and reached targets.
Primes and bonus for finalization of projects and reached targets.
