Company from the Oil & Gas field is looking for candidates for the position of Onshore Warehouse Coordinator for an Onshore Project for an FPSO, located in Ivory Coast.

Mission:
▪ Support the receipt and inspection of materials on arrival at the site in terms of integrity, conformity and quantities, as per specifications/technical drawings, Purchase Orders and Packing Lists. ▪ Support the adequate handling, storage and preservation of materials, in accordance with the relevant procedures defined by vendors, clients and projects. ▪ Support the handover and traceability of materials.


Tasks:
▪ Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected ▪ Ensure the fulfilment of the project quality and contractual requirements ▪ Inspect materials on arrival at site in terms of integrity, conformity and quantities, as per specifications/technical drawings Purchase Orders and Packing Lists ▪ Segregate non-conforming materials ▪ Ensure the use of adequate means for handling materials ▪ Coordinate materials storage and preservation activities, in accordance with the relevant procedures defined by vendors, clients and projects ▪ Communicate to Quality Department when material is ready for inspection ▪ Monitor the available and incoming materials and provide assistance for feasibility analysis, issuing the relevant reports ▪ Keep updated the relevant Saipem software systems (e.g., MARIAN, MAGA, FMS as applicable) ▪ Verify the Test Certificate Number and heat cast number and keep record of the certificates ▪ Support and control the handover of materials to Subcontractors and/or construction execution team, accordingly to site procedures, ensuring the record of the vouchers ▪ Support and control the shipment of non-conforming materials or of the materials to be repaired ▪ Ensure the prompt issue of MRRs (Materials Requisitions Requests) in order to allow materials procurement ▪ Coordinate human and technical resources, indicating any needs or surplus ▪ Prepare the list of residual materials upon completion of works ▪ Coordinate with the Site Construction Manager or the Fabrication Yard Production Planning and Control unit to reconcile materials with clients and/or subcontractors If the discipline Supervisor is also involved in the Punch list activities, the following additional tasks need to be managed: ▪ Set-up the proper tools for the management of the punch lists, producing adequate reports to monitor the status of the punch list points (open, closed, closure forecast dates) ▪ Plan all the activities related topunch lists management ▪ Perform the walkthroughs ▪ Ensure that punch lists issued after walkthroughs are promptly notified and correctly drawn up and recorded ▪ Ensure the correct classification of the punch lists and identify the owner for each point ▪ Coordinate the assigned team, managing the interfaces with construction, engineering and commissioning team in order to close the punch lists. Negotiate with the Client the punch lists and their classifications, in accordance with contractual scope of work and project requirements: ▪ Ensure that the corrective actions identified for punch lists points closure are carried out and notified to the Client, in order to obtain the close-out form signed ▪ Archive all the punch list reports, in order to keep correct traceability

Requirements


·         With FPSO experience is a must

·         Minimum 3 years experience

·         International experience in Angola, Africa, Brazil is a plus

·         Experience with Total, SHELL, Saipem, SONANGOL, BP is a plus

·        FRENCH SPEAKER

Contract start:

Contract duration:

12 months (renewable)

Work/leave rotation:

75 days on duty followed by 21 days of unpaid rotational leave.

OR

91 days on duty followed by 16 days of unpaid rotational leave.

Working hours:

10 hours a day – 6 days a week

Quarantine rate:

50% of the salary rate per day of quarantine in the host country

Accommodation:

Provided by Company.

Transportation:

Economy class provided at beginning, end of CNT and for each work leave rotation cycle.

Insurance:

Medical, Death and Disability, Life and Income Protection
