Company from Oil & Gas Industry is looking for candidates for the position Electr. DP Vessel Lead for their Heavy Lift Pipelay Vessel, currently located in China


MISSION:


▪ Coordinate the electrical team on DP vessel, where experience and good electrical knowledge is necessary

▪ Be the responsible of electrical and electronic correct operation/maintenance ensuring the respect of HSE company procedures

 

TASKS:


▪ Supervise and monitor, with full autonomy,  Dynamic position system, Vessel Power Management, vessel automation system, thrusters and all auxiliaries

▪ Monitor and control supervising on-board electrical/electronic equipment according with safety procedures

▪ Define maintenance work setting priorities and proposing maintenance schedule

▪ Propose to the Chief Engineer and Chief Electrician the required quantity of material stock levels, in order to maintain work continuity

▪ Supervise the carrying out of work activities in compliance to safety procedures and practices

▪ Ensure the efficiency of the electrical/electronic equipment

▪ Coordinate the electrical team for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance

▪ Knowledge of cyber security company compliance and ensure the required standards



Requirements


Requirements:

  • 5 year of offshore experience on Construction and Heavy lift vessel, with the position of lead  (chief elect. or first electrician).
  • Deep knowledge on Kongsberg system, k-chief and k-pos. Able to manage FMEA and DP trial.
  • Knowledge of Amos maintenance system.
  • Capability to mange a team of at least 10 people.
