Descripción de la oferta

Company from the Oil & Gas industry is looking for a Yard HSE Supervisor, for an onshore project based in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.

Mission:

▪ Guarantee the continous improvement of the Company HSE Management System and compliance with the applicable HSE legislation

▪ Ensure the implementaton of the HSE MS within the entire organisation

▪ Promote awareness across the company organisation on the HSE MS

Tasks:

▪ Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Company HSE Management System in accordance with applicable policies, standards and legislation, organisational assets and existing operating procedures

▪ Promote monitoring activities of the HSE Management System effectiveness

▪ Liaise with Certification bodies in order to ensure OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 compliance

▪ Liaise with the Procurement Function to define criteria for supplier and sub-contr actor HSE qualification, selection and assessment

▪ Liaise with HR Function to identify personnel HSE training needs and develop specific HSE training programs

▪ Monitor the updating status of the Company HSE document system and provide for new Standards and procedures development

▪ Design and plan new HSE awareness initiatives across the organisation

▪ Plan and lead the company HSE audits program

▪ Monitor the evolution of HSE Legislation and supply consultancy to senior management

▪ Contribute to Company HSE external communication reports development

▪ Plan and lead the company HSE Management Review meetings

▪ Lead HSE statistical analysis and report results to senior management

Requirements

▪ Field experience of 8 years for both offshore and onshore.

▪ Qatar Gas projects experience is highly recommended.

Project:	NFPS EPC2
Location:	Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Position on Yard located in China and Qatar offshore)
Rotation:	91 consecutive calendar days on site followed by 16 paid calendar days of leave
Working days/hours:	5 days a week at 8 hours a day
