Engineering Oil & Gas Company is looking for an Offshore Installation Manager for their FPSO project located worldwide 

Mission:
▪ Co-ordinates the execution of all the floaters operations activities, ensuring Company economic and strategic results

▪ Ensures the observance of HSE and Quality procedures and practices.

▪ Has overall responsibility and accountability for the efficient operation of the FPSO

Tasks:

▪ Implement and maintain the Company SMS and ensure that all crew observe company policy and standing orders.

▪ Ensure all activities are carried out according to State, Class, Flag, Company and Client requirements, including accidents reporting and dangerous occurrences.

▪ Ensure Vessel Management Manual/Procedures/Standing Instruction/Standing Orders are constantly kept up to date and take actions in order to ensure that actual requirements are maintained at all times.

▪ Ensure that on board training and drill program is prepared in due time as directed by Company and SOLAS/relevant requirements, monitor all person embarking/dis-embarking the vessel and maintain personnel on board (POB) records, ensure that the crew meets the requirements as per safe manning document issued by the flag administration and STCW Code.

▪ Maintain appropriate log and record certifications in accordance with State, Class, Flag, ISM, ISPS, MLC2006, SOLAS, MARPOL.

▪ Coordinates Vessel Management Team to ensure a safe and efficient operation of the floater.

▪ Liaise closely with Vessel Management Team, communicates work status at end of shift and issue handover reports.

▪ Has the overriding authority and responsibility on all on-board personnel to make decisions with respect to safety and security of crew, safety of the vessel and marine environment and to request assistance from Company / Client as necessary.

▪ Direct and motivate the personnel on board during any emergency situation.

Requirements

·        FPSO experience.

·         Minimum 3 years of experience.

·         International experience in Angola, Africa, Brazil is a plus

·         Experience with Total, SHELL, SONANGOL, BP is a plus

Contract start:	ASAP
Contract duration:	12 months – renewable
Work/leave cycle:	28 working days (work period) followed by 28 leave days (leave period)   Any eventual Quarantine Period in the country of work is included in the Leave Period.
Working hours:	12h x 7 days a week
Salary:	TBC (Quarantine Rate: 50% of daily rate per each day onshore spent in the country of work)

Flights:	YES (beginning, end of contract + each work rotation)
