Company from the Oil & Gas industry is looking for a Purser at the earliest for their Drilling Ship located in Mozambique.

Mission

▪ Support the administration management of the personnel on board, assigning also the accommodation and liaising with the travel agent for the personnel travelling

Follow-up the vessel HR Plan

▪ Operate and maintain all radio and communication onboard (only if holder of GMDSS certificate)

Tasks

▪ Support activities for Information and Vessel Person Administration System

▪ Assist in preparing and managing all type of documentation as required

▪ Archive paper and electronic documentation as required

▪ Support in preparing reports and data analysis

▪ Maintain the radio log-book

▪ Ensure all outgoing correspondence is approved by Master (only if holder of GMDSS certificate)

▪ Organize radio communications (only if holder of GMDSS certificate)

Contract start:	Asap (immediate availability)
Contract duration:	6 months (renewable)
Work/leave cycle:	35 Working Days (Work Period) followed by 35 days of Leave (Leave Period)
Working hours:	12 Hours X 7 Days a week
Salary	Daily Salary ( Quarantine Rate: 50% of daily base) TBC
Accommodation, Flights:	Provided by Company.
Transportation:	Economy class provided by Saipem at the beginning, end of CNT and for each work leave rotation cycle.
Insurance:	Medical, Death and Disability, Life and Income Protection
