Company from the shipping and freight forwarding sectors, located in Barcelona Port, with more than 300 employees, is looking for a person with extensive experience to set up the Procurement Department and be part of the team. The company is currently in a process of structural change and productivity growth, which offers a very ambitious challenge to any dynamic, committed, proactive person who wants to add value.

The functions to develop are the following:

• Corporate purchasing planning
  
• Stock management and control
  
• Maintain inventory and supply
  
• Search of suppliers
  that will offer: 
  Flexibility, quality, reliability, efficiency
  
• Ensure  procurement policies and strategies are followed.
  
• Cost analysis
  
• Shopping budget
  
• Check market news
  
• Negotiate conditions and product negotiation
  

Requirements

Teamwork

University degree, Business Administration or similar

Experience in managing procurement contracts
