Company from the Oil & Gas industry is looking for  a Structural Welder for their offshore project in  Cidade De Vitoria located in Brazil.

Tasks:

Clear reporting of deficiencies and malfunctions  to the Engine Room Supervisor. 

Ensure that all equipment in workshop are in good working order at all times.

Monitor workshop equipment to ensure efficient operation.

Maintain the Workshop and storage spaces in a clean and orderly manner.

Be aware of roles and responsabilities with regard to emergency response.

Understudy and learnfrom the Engine room Supervisor.

Propose solutions related to eventual deficiencies, non conformities to Engine room Supervisor.

Other duties that are correlated to the function as directed and requested by Engine room supervisor.

Keep up certification applied to the function and medical certificates up to date.

Attend Company Training as defined.

Perform all emergency duties assigned to their function, in response to the emergency, if applicable.

Ensure complaince  with company procedures, applied to the function, including company permit to work system.

Need to be fully familiar and comply  with Company policies, quality, HSE  and all procedures assigned  to his title/position.

Anticipate and notice any unsafe condition and assure that the correction actions are taken according procedure.

Responsible not only for the safety of themselves, but also for the safety of fellow  employees.

Position:	Structural Welder
Location:	Brazil Offshore
Contract start:	As soon as possible (notice period will be taken into consideration). Hiring process will take around 2-3 weeks.
Contract duration:	12 months (renewable)
Work/leave rotation:	42 days on duty – 42 days off duty
Working hours:	12 hours a day – 7 days a week
Salary:	TBC
Quarantine rate:	50% of the daily rate per day of quarantine in the host country
Accommodation:	Provided by Company.
Transportation:	Economy class provided by Saipem at beginning, end of CNT and for each work leave rotation cycle.
Insurance:	Medical, Death and Disability, Life and Income Protection.

Requirements

·    

·         With FPSO experience is a must

·         Minimum 3 years experience

·         International experience in Brazil is a plus
