Oil & Gas Company is looking for candidates for the position of   Maintenance Mech-Electrical Section Lead to work in a porject in Karimun, Indonesia. 

Rol Description:

Lead Mechanical/Electrical maintenance activities for all equipment and plants at site either logistic base, yard or project

through coordination of Assets Maint Mech/Elect Tech

Coordinate and check the works carried out by Assets Maint Mech/Elect Tech, reporting any deviations and difficulties to the

Workshop Coordinator

Assist and manage the quantity of materials held by warehouse in order to ensure continuity of work and ordering spare

parts in due time

Ensure the respect of HSE and Quality procedures and practices


Tasks:

Lead mechanical/electrical maintenance activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities and directing the work

of subordinate people and report any deviations and difficulties to the Workshop Coordinator.

Manage site equipment, ensuring the continuous operation through ordinary/extraordinary maintenance and repairs

Implement preventive maintenance schedules in due time.

Lead or intervene with the specialized maintenance technicians to rectify mechanical/electrical breakdown,

defects/malfunctions of the equipment.

Inspect equipment or plants in order to determine maintenance needs by visual observation and using other test devices.

Report damages, defects and other issues to the Workshop Coordinator and lead any corrective actions needed.

Prepare Equipment Test Procedure (ETP) in order to plan and estimates labor, materials and other requirements for

completion of specific jobs

Prepare material requisitions for purchases materials and tools when required, through warehouse or other means

Lead Assets Maint Mech/Elect Tech in order to ensure that the work is carried out in compliance with safety, quality

requirements and establish time schedules

Evaluate resource performance through the review of completed work assignments and techniques

Maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence relevant to the work

Ensure the proper usage and handling of all mechanical or electrical repair and testing tools and equipment

Manage time efficiently and complete all tasks assigned by the Workshop Coordinator.

Ensure proper safety standards are observed.

Ensure compliance with Company permit work system and isolation standard

Ensure compliance with day Tool Box meeting and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) if required

Maintain the working area in a clean and tidy condition and free from any safety hazard by complying with procedures, rules

and regulations

Perform other related work as assigned

 


Rotation: 75/21

Working days/ Hours: 6 days per 10 hours.

Requirements


Solid experience as leader in mechanical and electrical.
