Offer description
Company from the Oil & Gas industry is looking for an OFFSHORE PRODUCTION ENGINEER for an offshore project located Angola.
Tasks:
Develop continuous improvement operating and process solutions by collecting and analyzing operating information and data. Act as technical support for production Superintendent
for process problems.
Work closely with Operations and Maintenance team and monitor process parameters in daily bases to identify and resolve the technical issues
Assess the performance of the facilities, propose and implement design modifications to improve the safety, reliability and operational flexibility of the facilities
support Production Superintendent and Supervisor for operations trouble-shooting, emergency management, incident investigation, risk assessment,
Revise / prrepare and issue procedures, reports, Operating Instruction Manuals (OIMs), technical presentations, Management of Change (MOC), etc. as required.
Initiate and develop innovations in order to optimize operations and reduce operating costs.
Work as proponent engineer with other related organizations to design and implement modifications and new construction.
Prepare procedures for field execution repair, retrofit, replacement and repair for plant equipment and preparing Operating Instruction Manuals
This also includes knowledge and experience utilizing) processes and procedures.
Attend Company training as defined
Perform all emergency duties assigned to their function, in response to the emergency, if applicable.
Need to be fully familiar and comply with Company Policies, Quality, HSE and all Procedures assigned to his title/position.
Antecipate and notice any unsafe condition and assure that the correction actions are taken according procedure.
Responsible not only for the safety of themselves, but also for the safety of fellow employees
Requirements
Below are the
qualifications required:
· With FPSO
experience is a must
· Minimum 3
years OFFSHORE experience
· International
experience in Angola, Africa, Brazil is a plus
Should have ALL or MOST of the following experience/skills:
- DSR narratives review and
figures preparation/verification
- Participation to handover
meetings in CCR in the morning and evening
- Follow all Production
activities day to day basis
- Production related
documentation: Preliminary and Final Unplanned Shutdown Reports, Cause
Tree Analysis preparation, Management of change (Production related MOC),
HSE Dossier, Production Shortfall follow up.
- Activity related to Integrity
(ESDVs passing tests)
- AMOS management for Production Department
- Documentation preparation for
planned activities (Process Isolation Plan, Process Shutdown Plan, Process
Restart Plan etc.)
- Follow up with Vendors coming
onboard (SWT, PWT…)
- Liaise with CPY Production
Engineer day to day basis for production instruction
- Liaise with Onshore
Production/Process team
- Troubleshooting of the
Production related issues and improvement (controller PID fine tuning…)
- Chemical Engineering
Diploma/Degree is a must
- Experience is subsea facilities
is a plus
- Experience in FPSO Topside
facilities (Process and Utility Units) in Design phase

Quarantine rate:
50% of the salary rate per day of
quarantine in the host country

Provided by Company.
Transportation:
Economy class provided by Saipem at beginning,
end of CNT and for each work leave rotation cycle.
