Company from the Oil & Gas industry is looking for candidates for the position of Able Seafarer Engine to joing their Pipelay Vessel currently in Saudi Arabia.

Role Description

Mission

▪ Carry out shipboard maintenance and repairs, contribute to a safe engineering watch in a manned ore periodically unmanned engine room. Execute the assigned work tasks within the frame of his responsibilities. Maintain safe working practices

Tasks

▪ Report to Engineer on watch, execute the assigned work tasks within the frame of own responsibilities ▪ Lead engine room ratings assisting team with engine room operations and watch keeping and carry out maintenance as instructed. Organize the work place assisting the Engineer on watch to assure the correct use of tools and works execution done according received instruction.

Requirements

Qualifications
▪ STCW required certificates, National CoP Reg. III/5 (seniority Expert/ Senior)
▪ Completion of all training and certifications as described in the Training Matrix
▪ Experience must be 4+ years onboard offshore units with experience managing Eng. Watch Rating / Motorman.

Work/leave cycle:	TBC
Working hours:	12 hours per day, 7 days per week
Salary:	TBC Consolidated Monthly (paid only when working)
