Company from the Oil & Gas industry is looking for  a Finance Officer   for  their   Project located   in Shah, UAE.

Mission:

• Assist BU Commercial and Project Depts and Saipem affiliates on financial/contractual issues related to the identification, presentation and implementation of funding solutions (including corporate, project, export, supply or structured finance schemes) during prequalifiaction, bidding and execution phases, in the interest of Saipem potential Clients and/or in support to Saipem industrial operative or investment inititiaves providing financial and competitive strength to Saipem projects.

Tasks:

• Assist BU commercial depts. during the bidding process for project finance solutions.

• Assist project teams during the project execution phase and coordinate the management of the financing with the

administrative, legal and pro ject control departments.

• Assure and coordinate for Saipem Spa and Saipem entities the management of proposed structured finance and export

finance schemes.

• Propose contractual/legal/technical solutions to facilitate the impleme ntation of financing structures and ensure

improvement of financial terms and conditions.

• Verify the compliance of the proposed financing terms and conditions with Saipem policies and guidelines.

• Develop, improve and maintain direct relations with Business Units, domestic and international financial market, export

credit agencies, banks, multilateral agencies, insurance brokers and other national, regional and multilateral authorities.

• Coordinate above activities with Fiscal Depts. assuring coherence with relevant schemes.

• Assure periodical reporting to management.
