Company from the Oil & Gas field is looking for candidates for the position of Engineering Watch Rating for their offshore project in
Worldwide (currently in the
UK)
Mission
▪ Contribute to a safe engineering watch in a manned engine-room or designated to perform duties in a periodically unmanned
engine-room. Perform the marine engineering function at support level as indicated in regulation III/4 and/or III/5. Execute the
assigned work tasks within the frame of own responsibilities and/or qualifications. Maintain safe working practices
Tasks
Report to Engineer on watch, execute the assigned work tasks within the frame of own responsibilities
▪ Assist with engine room operations and watch keeping
▪ Carry out maintenance as directed by own STCW regulation
Qualifications
▪ STCW required certificates, National CoP Reg. III/4 (seniority Junior/Expert)
▪ STCW required certificates, National CoP Reg. III/5 (seniority Senior)
▪ Completion of all training and certifications as described in the Training Matrix
Experience: minimum 2 years to cover Expert (L2) position
